Uncle Sam Top Hat Rental is a fantastic hat. It is available in Large or Xlarge. The crown of the hat is 8″ and the rim is 2″. The blue hat band with star appliques is 3″ wide. The hat is made a bit larger in circumference so a wig can be worn if you choose.
