This light blue sleeveless dress is a vintage from the 70s. The dress features a elasticated waist and a gathered skirt and falls to mid-length. The dress has a cape like overlay and a v-neckline. This dress is handmade. The fabric is a knit light-weight polyester and suitable for casual or special event.

Condition: good (it does have some flaws in the fabric. Flaws are in the front of the skirt. Not sure if it can be fixed or not. See picture
